Why no names?
We publish without bylines to resist the attention economy and to protect tender stories. The point is the practice, not the platform.
Three reasons
- To counter clout. Names can pull us toward performance; we want honesty without branding.
- To protect vulnerability. Some truths surface only when social risk is low.
- To center the work. The Way Finder is a small library for the weary and stubbornly hopeful.
In practice
- No bylines, bios, or social links on public pages.
- Editors keep a private contact record for proofs and takedowns.
- We remove details that could identify private individuals or locations unless consent is explicit.
If this posture helps you tell the truth with care, we'd be honored to carry your words. → Contribute
